The Nike+ Running app has been a mainstay within the App Store for quite some time, and now it has been updated to support plenty of new features, and offer more for its users.
The Nike+ Running app has been updated to version 4.6 on Tuesday, October 28. With it, brings support not only for the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus display sizes, but also integration with Apple’s HealthKit and Health app. With the integration means all of the NikeFuel information, as well as other key pieces of workout/fitness data can now be read and kept track of within the iOS 8 Health app, which is available on an iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus right out of the box.
For runners or other fitness fans who like to use elevation in their training, the new Nike+ Running app also takes advantage of the new M8 coprocessor that’s nestled within the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, meaning credit will be given where credit is due for inclines tackled while working out.
Other features like a Quick Start option for a new running session are also included. You can find a link to the updated app through the source link below.
